IT Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst Our client are a well-known growing Irish company with operations in many countries. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst / Support engineer (Level 1) to join their company.
The Role : Provide dedicated telephone, email, and desk-side support to all users. Troubleshooting hardware, software, telephony, and networking issues.
Record, prioritise, assign, and manage all service requests and incidents according to SLA’s. Liaise with Level 2 support, 3rd parties, and other business units to facilitate resolution as quickly as possible.
