We are currently expanding team and looking to recruit a Receptionist / Office Administrator to start immediately. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our company to visitors, and your energy and enthusiasm are therefore critical.

You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business, and you will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Your ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a variety of administrative tasks is key.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Meeting and greeting guests at the front desk as soon as they arrive
  • Direct visitors appropriately, ensuring sign in and adherence to security policy at all times
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive and distribute daily incoming post and deliveries
  • Preparing documents for outgoing post on a daily basis
  • Prepare packs for distribution via courier
  • Printing and posting renewal documents
  • Keeping records of post volume
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Preparing brochures / marketing documentation
  • Keeping records of stock, ordering stock for the office including stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Manage meeting room & boardroom calendars and schedules
  • Manage printers, photocopier and franking machine
  • Applicants Should Have :

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in an office environment & preferably reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
  • High level of competency in IT is essential to include : Word, Excel
  • Self-motivated, confident and proactive with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Well-presented and personable
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team and to liaise with various departments
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels
  • A valid permit to work in a full-time position in Ireland
