Sales and Business Development Manager Connected Health

Our client, a Connected Health organisation are currently recruiting for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to further grow and develop their MedTech business.


  • Leading the sales process for digital healthcare solutions to Medical Device clients
  • Identify and secure new customers while developing the existing customer base
  • Meeting sales and customer goals
  • Creating, planning and executing key account management plans
  • Sales budgeting and planning, and rigorous sales pipeline qualification and management
  • Gathering market intelligence and analyzing our competitive landscape including the perception
  • of the organisations offerings on an ongoing basis


  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role with at least 4 years selling technology solutions to
  • Tier-1 and Tier-2 medical device vendors, ideally in the MedTech market

  • Experience in selling software development solutions
  • Deep understanding of the MedTech sector, companies and medical device development
  • Strong collaborative, solutions-oriented and consultative sales and account management skills
  • Proven ability to transfer knowledge to others and to work effectively as part of a team to drive
  • the development of winning proposals for our customers

  • Proven ability to tenaciously and persistently see proposals through to completion
  • Experience of leading sales negotiations
  • Motivation and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, within a defined selling
  • process

  • Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills comfortable speaking to small and
  • large audiences

  • A passion for digital health and its potential to change lives
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Europe and North America
