Why this role matters
The purpose of this role is to capture and identify configure-price-quote (CPQ) process requirements for Access / Connectivity products for the design & deployment of the capabilities within Sales Tools & Systems enabling Enterprise channels
As the day-to-day point of contact for Sales Channel teams, Product / Proposition teams, and Commercial teams to capture new and enhancement configure-
price-quote process requirements for Access / Connectivity products within sales tools & systems
The role will :
Be the day-to-day contact for the product & proposition and commercial leads to capture and identify configure-price-quote requirements
Provide configure-price-quote requirements input and validation into functional / technical design teams
Ensure consistency of configure-price-quote process capabilities across channels and lines of business
Engages with Director and Senior Manager stakeholders responsible for managing Sales Channels, Product & Propositions, and Commercial teams to capture the product / proposition journey’s through new / provide, modify, and re-sign
Works closely with design and delivery teams to ensure business process requirements are translated and designed with sales users in mind

Knowledge of the products & propositions (including Discount, P&L, and approval flows)
Knowledge of configure-price-quote process journey’s across new / provide, modify, and re-sign
Experience of configure-price-quote process capabilities within sales tools & systems (i.e. Opportunity Management, Configure-
Price-Quote, Contract Management, Order Management)
Experience of Configure-price-quote sales tools & systems (i.e. salesforce, Cloudsense CPQ, Agent Desktop)
Knowledge of commercial sales productivity drivers (revenue, margin, cost of sale, cost to serve), and the efficiency and effectiveness levers which influence sales force productivity
