We have several exciting new roles opened with a new client in central Dublin. The roles are with a social media video app for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos.
The app allows users to create short music and lip-sync videos of 3 to 15 seconds and short looping videos of 3 to 60 seconds.
In 2018, the application gained popularity and became the most downloaded app in Q1 2019. Till now, it is available in over 155 countries, and in 75 languages.
In February 2019 the app hit one billion downloads globally.
Main Responsibilities :
Conduct quality assessment work by ensuring and evaluating the quality delivery of the content reviewed in European markets.
Conduct root cause data analysis and summary.
Provide QA reports to content quality centre team members, and act as liaison with them to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation.
Work closely with Local Operations and Safety teams, and act as escalation point of contact for policy related questions, issues and solutions.
Conduct coaching and calibration sessions to the Content Moderation teams across the Europe to ensure that operational policies and processes are being applied consistently.
Enhance moderation policy and community safety continuously.
Job Requirements :
At least one year in QA focused role role. Content review alone will not be enough.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education / experience, advanced degree is preferred;
At least one-year experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proven track record of working with co-workers across different countries is preferable but not required.
Fluent in English, and native speaker of any one of the following languages : German, Spanish, Turkish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Hebrew, Italian, Polish, Swedish, Dutch
