Senior Receptionist Kildare
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team as Receptionist at a Hotel in Kildare.
The ideal candidate will have a least one year experience working on the front desk of a busy 4* Hotel
The Ideal Candidate will greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Assist the team in the absence of the Front Office Manager in all responsibilities.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing and provide basic and accurate information in-
person and via phone / email and answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures and receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
You must have 1 years’ experience in a similar role with proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera preferable.
Professional attitude and appearance with the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills in multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksBenefits :
Salary Guideline : €12.50 per hour neg depending on experience.
