Department Overview :

Within Citi ICG OandT, EMEA Securities Services, Global custody settlements Dublin is a client facing unit, responsible for day to day settlement enquiries relating to stock, cash and CIS products.

Team / Position Overview :

  • The team will build a repository of relevant market and Citi based information to ensure efficient and timely resolution of client enquiries within the agreed timeframes on all settlement related topics
  • The team will provide oversight of all transactions providing deep-dive analysis of all non-STP activity to ensure the highest level of timeliness and settlement rate is achieved
  • The team will also be acknowledged as market specialists / experts for the primary custody markets in EMEA.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide an unparalleled level of service through the efficient and pro-active resolution of client enquiries while also assisting in client education of market or industry changes as well as Citibank practices and policies
  • Be part of a team of market specialists / experts providing timely, accurate and proactive information to our client and colleagues.
  • Be an expert that can support internal training and provide comprehensive support to Client Delivery and Network teams.
  • Produce monthly measurements of success against various client expectations
  • Experience and Skills :

  • Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to put the client’s needs first and represent them in the best possible way
  • Ability work as an individual contributor as well as part of a wider team
  • Willingness to learn and remain open minded about new challenges
