Our services are aimed at unlocking the potential of adults with dyslexia and other neurological differences. Lexxic has a successful track record of delivering services throughout the UK to FTSE 100 companies and government organisations .
We have recently launched our new eLearning platform, Neurotalent unlocked and are currently expanding into the DSA, Higher Education, Further Education and Apprenticeships market.
As such we are looking for an Education Sales Lead to join the organisation.
Job Summary :
As Education Sales Lead at Lexxic you will be responsible for introducing the Neurotalent unlocked platform to Assessors in the DSA sector (Disabled Student Allowance), University disability departments and Learning Managers within other designated education sectors.
This will involve identifying the individuals, contacting them and then presenting the application to them either face to face or online.
You will also be required to identify and exhibit at different events all over the UK and Ireland and present the application to groups as part of workshops or CPD sessions.
This role is about building relationships and creating strong links.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability :
Identify Key contacts and decisions makers.
Deliver demonstrations of the product both online and in person.
Follow up all presentations with product collateral, pricing and additional information.
Identify new sectors for the product.
Regularly communicate with sector contacts and potential contacts.
Identify events and evaluate their benefit to the organisation.
Ensure our CRM system is up to date.
Manage Webinar applications.
Engage with sector stakeholders
Provide weekly sales reports to Management.
Attend fortnightly team meetings
Assist colleagues in meetings and demonstrations when required
Learning and Development
Build up and maintain a knowledge of the relevant products and services provided by Lexxic.
Proactively ensure you keep up to date with any company changes or sector changes that impact on the role and the customer.
Operate the relevant software packages proficiently to carry out the role effectively and efficiently.
Must possess good listening and questioning techniques.
Sales-orientated and possess drive and determination to succeed.
Outgoing, an excellent verbal communicator with a pleasant, confident manner.
Must be able to work alone.
Must be able to use your own initiative and think out of the box.
Willing and able to learn new skills quickly.
Conscientious and professional with a will do / can do mentality.
Good Presentation Skills.
Good typing skills and IT literate.
A technical understanding of eLearning platforms would be beneficial but not essential.
Additional Expectations :
This role is office based with some flexibility and will require extensive travel throughout the UK and Ireland. You will be required to stay away from home attending meetings, presentations and events as and when required.
Performance targets will be communicated to you and reviewed on a regular basis.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : €27,000 to €29,000 per year depending on experience + Commission
