Quality Analyst fastest growing Social Media App

One of today’s fastest-growing Social Media apps just has decided to establish an office in Dublin City Centre and they are currently recruiting for their French Quality Assurance team

Are you fluent in French? Are you eligible to work full time in Ireland ( EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa )? Do you have at least 1 years’ experience quality assurance (QA) and content review?

Our product is one of the most downloaded apps on the market. The app allows our users to create short, funny and inspirational videos of themselves.

We launched in 2017 and we are now expanding all over the world!

We are looking for detail-oriented multilingual employee, who can help us ensure a high quality and a safe environment for our millions of users

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Conduct quality assessment work by ensuring and evaluating the quality delivery of the content reviewed in European markets.
  • Conduct root cause data analysis and summary.
  • Provide QA reports to content quality center team members, and act as liaison with them to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation.
  • Work closely with Local Operations and Safety teams, and act as an escalation point of contact for policy related questions, issues, and solutions.
  • Conduct coaching and calibration sessions to the Content Moderation teams across Europe to ensure that operational policies and processes are being applied consistently.
  • Enhance moderation policy and community safety continuously.
  • Job Requirements :

  • EU passport OR a Stamp 4 Visa (only candidates eligible in Ireland can be considered)
  • Fluency in English and FRENCH
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education / experience
  • At least one year of experience working on content quality (QA), safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
  • Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A proven track record of working with co-workers across different countries is preferable but not required.
