The Operations Sales Process (OSP) specialist will be a key member of the start-up team for Accenture Commercial Services.

The primary responsibilities of the role include opportunity pipeline management for Accenture International Limited (AIL) and process / application support for client teams.

The successful candidate will be the key contact for guidance, support, and expertise on operational processes and tools, helping teams to execute business processes more efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure Accuracy of Opportunity Pipeline Data : Encourage client teams to enter AIL sales information in an accurate and timely manner in MMS Analyse, maintain and ensure accuracy of AIL data within the operations systems according to established guidelines Work with client teams to maintain AIL data in the opportunity management tool (Manage MySales -

MMS), or assign the work to another operations support area / person and ensure accurate resultsEstablish Sales Operations Expertise and Provide Training : Understand global and industry policies and apply them correctly to business situations Provide AIL sales process support to client teams, entity leadership and other internal operations teams and interfacing functional areas Provide MMS functional and process training to end-

users at all levels to ensure sales processes are executed appropriately Direct users to the proper contacts and resources for application training, security access, and technical supportSuggest Tool and Process Improvements, as needed : Establish and streamline AIL sales processes to keep information in MMS accurate and up-
