Job Purpose

Someone with a real passion for innovation and doesn’t accept the status quo, a change agent not afraid to tackle huge challenges where others’ attempts have failed.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your work, your primary responsibility will be to lead the product road map and ensure Transitions will always stand ahead of the competition with outstanding and valuable innovations.

In your daily mission, you will :

  • Set and own strategy and vision for the product roadmap;
  • Develop hands-on management and leadership of the product and engineering team; including setting goals for the team and individual contributors;
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales, operations and vendor teams to lead new product initiatives;
  • Define, analyse and oversee key metrics to drive constant improvement of product and user experience;
  • Communicate product vision, direction, and strategy to the rest of the company;
  • Determine, prioritize and implement improvements and improvement strategy;
  • Develop return of experience analysis on innovations (KPI, workshops) and implement changes (products renovations, standards updates etc.);
  • Liaise between all the different tribes and engineering teams.

    Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management;
  • Strong analytical skills and propensity for data-driven decision-making;
  • Experience defining product features; from inception to execution;
  • Keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to be self-sufficient and find creative solutions to problems;
  • Prior experience working in an optical environment is a plus;
  • Strong leadership skills, as well as being a team player and maker lead by example;
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment;
  • Large company discipline small company entrepreneurial attitude.
