Management of appointed contractors.
Performing site inspections.
Management of operational projects.
Liaising and negotiating with various Councils in relation to development sites, estate bonds and taking in charge works.
Facilitating Bank and Receiver requirements and implementing appropriate solutions.
Ensure accurate records are maintained.
Manage correspondence, contractual and otherwise.
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Project Management qualification an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years residential construction experience.
Professional approach to clients / stakeholders.
Experience of working in a client facing environment.
Experience of managing building contracts.
Sound knowledge of latest building regulations.
A full driving licence is required for this position.
