To be successful in this role the Team lead must have experience in Solution-selling, Project Planning and Management, and a proven ability to coach / mentor team members.
Performance Objectives :
Manage the Team of Functional Consultants in the ERP Practice
Develop and enhance the skills and professionalism of the team and team members
Take a lead role in the design and implementation of several ERP projects in parallel with day to day role
Assist with Practice Lead activities Monthly Forecasting, Customer Billing, Customer Relationship Management
Taking full accountability for the successful outcome of projects
Design and deliver solutions, with particular emphasis on leveraging ERP and related technologies, including solution planning, development, installation, configuration, customisation and optimisation.
Liaise with Storm’s technical consultants in the deployment of solutions
Consulting and implementation work where required
Ensuring all internal policies and procedures are complied with.
Prepare and provide end-user training to client personnel
Provision of on-going support to clients post implementation
Required Skills and Experience
Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent
Professional accounting qualification
Experience delivering financial consolidations and reporting
6+ years post qualification experience in a relevant finance role
Strong Excel skills required
Proven track record of managing teams, preferably in the consulting industry
