We're seeking an experienced Director of F&B for a luxury 5* hotel on Ireland's west coast.The ideal candidate will be passionate about service culture and delivering outstanding customer service throughout all food and beverage outlets.
They will be driven by the pride in succeeding guest experience by maintaining and exceeding very high Standard throughout the department and beyond.
The position is part of the Executive Management Team, you will also be tasked with contributing to and implementing the strategy, creating budgets, analysing and managing costs.
You will thrive in a high pressured and dynamic environment ensuring a consistently high level of productivity and paying particular attention to detail.
You will be responsible for a range of restaurants, bar and afternoon tea lounge. You will need to be a master in juggling styles and Cuisine and a leader and coach for your managers and their teams.
REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years at Senior Food and Beverage management level within a Luxury hotel or resort is essentialComplete understanding of operational controls, budgeting, payroll and forecasting.
As this role will involve overseeing a collection of outlets, the successful candidate will also possess excellent organizational skills together with a strong leadership and people management background.
