What you'll be doing

As an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Director, you’ll showcase the craft, interpersonal skills, business understanding and positive attitude to support the continued success of our global account development team.

Developing winning conversations with your customers you will identify and close major sales opportunities across the BT portfolio as your customers embark of their Digital Transformation journey

  • Creating a dynamic network future for your customers business with our network, SDWAN and intelligent monitoring solutions
  • Transforming your customer’s customer experience with our hosted contact services
  • Making IT Security integral to your customers business across all of their infrastructure services
  • Helping your customers build an agile and effective digital workforce with our collaboration solutions
  • Balancing the risk and reward for your customers with tailored private and public cloud offers
  • By the way, did we mention our services include technology partnerships from the world’s leading companies including Cisco, Microsoft, Genesys, Amazon Wholesale Services, Azure, Cloudreach, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Avenade to name a few?

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Strong commercial capability
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Interest and desire to continuously develop your skills and business knowledge for your customers benefit
  • Ability to quickly and succinctly identify business requirements and match solution
  • A track record of at least 5 years’ experience selling to large corporate customers
  • A strong team player with capability to take the lead with cross functional teams on customer opportunities
