What you'll do As part of our Customer Service team you will :
build satisfaction and trust with customers
respond efficiently, accurately and fairly to customer inquiries using the correct processes and procedures
maximise opportunities to retain and grow business
follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
identify areas of opportunity and proactively work with the appropriate teammates to develop and improve processes to drive continuous process improvement
What you need
The best administrators :
have a natural flair for customer service; meeting and frequently exceeding customer needs and expectations
have strong communication skills
have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
have a positive attitude and willingness to serve others
have a relentless passion for providing a world class experience
demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and problem solving skills
demonstrate flexibility in working patterns to meet business needs and customer volumes
ideally, QFA qualified (or working towards it)
