Here's how this role will help :

  • Responsibility for the planning, inventory management, supply management and communications for Mylan Key Brands.
  • Manage and balance regional demand and supply for assigned Key Brand Products.
  • Develop Supply Strategies to best support the Commercial Organisation in maximising sales opportunities.
  • Conduct what if analysis and develop recommendations for contingency plans.
  • Rapidly react to volatility in the End to End Supply Chain.
  • Support regional stakeholders with clear communications and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide support and clear communications to the Commercial Organisation and Senior Leaders within Mylan.
  • Provide support and clear direction to Supplying Vendors, visit sites, manage monthly KPI performance and connect and collaborate closely with Strategic Sourcing.
  • Deliver results that directly contribute to Mylan’s Key Objectives.
  • Key contributor to Sales & Operations Planning process.
  • Understand how our brand is positioned in the Market and manage budgets.

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Have a vibrant mix of supply chain, financial and analytical expertise to understand the inherent trade-offs in today’s planning decisions.
  • Decision making ability to manage trade-offs like capacity versus inventory, customer service versus supply lead times, purchase cost versus batch sizes and revenue versus profit.
  • Ability as a facilitator to enable cross-functional team-based decisions.
  • SAP & Advanced Planning Systems experience is essential.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Deep technical understanding of advanced planning systems and the algorithms they use.
  • Troubleshooting, problem solving abilities and risk management and contingency planning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through presentations, email, one-on-one, and team discussions.
  • Project management to manage transformational change and continuously improve processes and systems and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of cross-cultural / regional issues.
