Success Graduate - Associate Creative Strategist

Location : Dublin, Ireland

Start date : September 2018

This is a unique 12-month experience for diverse graduate talent in various full-time roles within our technical sales organization.

It offers continuous development and growth opportunities centered on comprehensive learning paths, coaching and mentoring programs, and challenging career opportunities, all while being part of an international community.

For our 2018 intake, we are seeking graduates from all across Europe.

You will be part of the Success Graduate Team & will collaborate closely with the Q Branch Creative Strategy. The Q Branch team provides a unique form of creative advisory service to our top customers.

We enable executives to rethink what it means to be a customer, partner or employee of their organization by blending analysis, vision, ideation, storytelling, business case development, and rapid application development.

We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated graduate-level individuals to contribute as Success Graduate - Creative Strategists on our team to envision the future.

You will be involved in creating concepts and designs for our most strategic customers, working alongside our Solution Engineers to shape innovation that delivers real business value.

The ideal candidate has a passion for design thinking, visual design, strategy & innovation and delivering working solutions!

Responsibilities

  • Help Customer experience strategy, choreograph the interactions between people and a brand's products and services to envision future opportunities
  • Collaborate with and support teams to build Connected Customer’ scenarios & storyboards and translate stories to compelling visuals
  • Rapidly create prototypes that can run on the Salesforce platform
  • Maintain a user-centered design approach as you tackle complex design problems
  • Balance great design with business goals and meeting tight deadlines
  • Required Skills

  • Customer-centric design thinking and approach
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, collaborative working style, and able to balance quality deliverables with tight deadlines
  • Communicate your ideas, sketches, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and overall design decisions to a variety of key non-design stakeholders
  • Ability to translate story to visuals and craft differentiated custom solutions on a variety of projects
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience designing for web and mobile devices
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch, and InVision / Marvel App (prototyping tools), Powerpoint / Keynote
  • Experience / Project Work designing for enterprise SaaS, accessibility, mobile apps, and analytics
  • A portfolio demonstrating both visual and interaction design experience

  • Who are we looking for?

  • You are a graduate in Design (Creative Communications etc) / Multimedia or equivalent (preferably at Masters-level)
  • You ideally bring work experience in a business or consulting environment through internships or university projects, preferably in an international environment
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in one of the following languages : French or German
  • You are ambitious, curious, proactive and flexible
  • You are a strong communicator and team player
  • You have exceptional organisational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritise
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use own initiative
  • You are a driven person interested in being a part of a fast-paced tech environment
  • Available per 1 September 2018 for a full-time role
