Here's how this role will help at Mylan Dublin - OSD Baldoyle :

  • Preparation of Packing BPR’s to meet Weekly Packing Schedule requirements.
  • Check material availability daily and update process orders.
  • Update Master BPR’s and obtain Compliance sign-off on changes.
  • Create Change Controls as required for BPR updates and follow-up to closure.
  • Attend Daily Packing IPT meeting and update IPT board daily with Process order status.
  • Issue BPR’s to Warehouse and sign BPR’s into Log book.
  • Update Department SOP’s.
  • Work on closing PR’s and CAPA’s to meet due dates.
  • Place Cliché purchase orders to meet Packing Plan.
  • Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives.
  • To ensure good housekeeping is adhered to in day activities.
  • To ensure that GMP standards are maintained in all aspects of duties.
  • To adhere to all company and legislative health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Any other duties as requested by the Planning Manager.

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Previous experience in a Documentation role desirable
  • Experience in MRP environment / packaging environment beneficial
  • Strong Computer skills including MS Office; SAP experience beneficial
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong team-working skills
