Cpl HR recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Manager for an Irish owned energy business who are a leading supplier of renewable and sustainable products and services.
This role can be based in either Newbridge or Drogheda to suit candidates needs, the role also includes travel across both sites for the successful candidate.
The role will support the Head of Resource Recovery in leading the organisation to achieve their business objectives and drive HR initiatives with the support of a HR Generalist.
Responsibilities for the role includes but not limited to :
Manage day-to-day HR services in an effective and efficient manner
Drive change management and provide transformation expertise to meet business changes
Provide coaching and expertise on a range of complex, sensitive people related issues
Lead workforce planning for the business by carrying out detailed gap analysis and executing effective plans to meet the current and future needs of the business, including TUPE, recruitment and retention
Lead on IR / ER initiatives within the unit. Assist in supporting and developing HR Officer to deliver on the IR / ER agenda
Ensure communication is consistent across all business units on HR related matters
Provide support to the Head of HR in rolling out company-wide HR programmes and initiatives
Experience essential for this role :
Degree in HR or other relevant subject
Experience working as part of a senior management team delivering business strategy
5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Experience working in a unionised environment
