A Day in the Life + Lead a team of self-motivated individuals who deliver EMEACustomer programs and procedure training courses like His bundle pacing, Micra,Virtual CRT, Simulated Implant and Mastering Implantable Cardiac Devices.

  • Develop and implement both internal and external Trainingand Education strategy. The internal Training and Education strategy willinclude both the employee (Sales representative, Technical Consultant,Marketer, Market Development specialists) on-boarding and continuous educationplans.
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of the CommercialTraining Plan in alignment with the CVG Commercial Excellence team.
  • Partner with Global Digital Education solutions, lead anddevelop education opportunities throughout EMEA with a specific focus on theCRHF Implantables space, providing countries with a unique opportunity toinitiate, maintain or grow market share at accounts seeking cardiac deviceeducation.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA digital education and marketingorganizations to establish strategic plans for customer education that cansupport their business objectives.
  • Perform yearly formal and informal needs analysis of keystakeholders across EMEA. + Support the EMEA Delta initiative, by developing theEducation Partnership Program and working with country / region TE leads toensure this self-sufficiency program is effectively deployed and meets theirmarket and business objectives.
  • Ability to travel 50% domestic and international. Your main tasks and responsibilities include : Digital Education Program Management : + Partneringwith Global Digital Education solutions, lead and develop educationopportunities throughout EMEA with a specific focus on the CRHF Implantablesspace, thus providing countries with a unique opportunity to initiate, maintainor grow market share at accounts seeking cardiac device education.
  • Workdirectly with the Global Medical Education team to create alignments in thestrategic direction of CVG's digital education solutions.
  • Collaborate onexecution of needs analysis, content creation, and field and customer educationprograms. + Collaboratewith the EMEA digital education and marketing organizations to establishstrategic plans for online customer education that can support their businessobjectives.

  • Leadthe effort translate education to key languages used in the EMEA region tosignificantly increase the number of customers who can leverage Medtronic'seducational content.
  • Program Management : + Actively partner with theGlobal Curriculum development team as they use their instructional design experienceto develop launch materials.

    You will work with the Global curriculum team toensure their materials are technically accurate and appropriate for EMEAaudiences.

  • Perform yearly formal andinformal needs analysis of key stakeholders across EMEA, including customers invarying roles, field employees, and leadership to drive the plans for educationcontent development as well as strategy for maximizing limited resources inEMEA.
  • Work closely withregulatory to ensure all customer facing and digital education materials areappropriately MedReviewed.
  • Support the EMEA Deltainitiative, by developing the Education Partnership Program and working to withcountry / region TE leads to ensure this self-sufficiency Program iseffectively deployed and meets their market and business objectives.
  • Facilitate strategicpartnerships across EMEA to support regional TE leads. People Management : + Manage EMEA Customerprogramme management team as they manage procedure training courses like Hisbundle pacing, Micra, Virtual CRT, Simulated Implant and Mastering ImplantableCardiac Devices.
  • Do you have what it takes : + Masters or Advance Degree in Adult Education,or Business Administration; + 7+ years of experience (5 years with AdvancedDegree);
  • People or program management experience; + Experience planning and managing projectsinvolving cross-functional teams, budgets and schedule requirements.
  • To be successful in this role you recognize yourselfas a : Medical device field salestraining, peer-to peer training, clinician / customer training in the cardiacspace is highly desirable;
  • Experience working with avariety of educational media formats; Knowledge of cardiacdisease states, technology, products and services;
