Key Responsibilities This Senior Advisor role in our Services Accounting team will provide accounting support to our Services operations and finance team.
Key tasks will include : Month End Accounting + Appropriate preparation, booking and review of journal entries for Warranty COGS in line with Corporate Policy + Adherence to all key close deadlines and compliance with corporate accounting close controls.
Balance sheet management + Preparation and review of Balance Sheet reconciliation's in line with Corporate Policy + Demonstrate ownership of balance sheet accounts + Follow up on any issues arising from the reconciliations of all relevant accounts as well as follow up on actions arising from the Balance Sheet Reviews Project work + Global alignment and process improvement projects, or other projects due to changes in accounting or tax requirements.
Essential Requirements + 5+ Years Experience in industrial Accounting / Finance area + Formal Accounting Qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or other Similar Qualification) + Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills + Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and negotiate consensus effectively + Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders + Knowledge of Services business / Inventory accounting an advantage + Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, simplification & enhance controllership + Very good knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) + Knowledge of Oracle accounting system is preferred Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
