IT Helpdesk / Field Engineer
Location : Balally and Centric Health sites around Ireland
1 x permanent, full time
Centric Health provides Primary Healthcare GP and Dental Services, Urgent Care, Radiology Services and Occupational Services to over 200,000 patients in Ireland and the UK each year.
Our goal is to provide the Best Available Care, preferably in local communities, quickly and cost effective. We put our patient first and design our services around them using best medical practice and innovative care, delivered with kindness and humility.
To supplement and strengthen our existing IT team we are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk / Field Engineer to join. Although location is flexible (preferable Leinster), regular visits to our location in Dundrum and greater Dublin area will be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Installation & support of backbone network devices such as : Ethernet switches, wireless controllers, routers, firewalls, etc.
Administration of core systems & applications : Hyper-V, Windows Server, Exchange, O365, Antivirus, Active Directory, SQL, Firewalls, anti-
virus, anti-spam, general and
application servers, etc.
Commission, support and troubleshoot local print solutions
DNS and DHCP maintenance
Inventory, manage and monitor all hardware and services on a continuous basis
Onsite user training and assistance
Provide hand and eye support to members of the Service Desk when onsite
Take Helpdesk calls and handle Helpdesk tickets when not onsite (remote possible)
Identify, and correct any issues across the network or company technology infrastructure

Eligible to work in Ireland
Full Driver's License (VAN will be provided)
3+ years of experience working in an IT Support role
