SensL,ON Semiconductor's recently acquired group, is the leading manufacturer of analog Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) and Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) products.
The Analog Mixed Signal Designer will work on the development of the next generation products for Automotive LiDAR required for ADAS and Autonomous Driving vehicles.
These products combine SensL’s market leading SPAD and SiPM sensors with leading edge CMOS circuitry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and mixed-
signal design particularly with experience in time-mode circuits and systems. The position will involve the architectural development of SPAD pixel arrays based on the current line of SensL analog sensors and the development of new readout circuits and architectures in 130 nm CMOS technology.
Designs derived from this work will be fabricated in SensL partner foundries which are among the leading foundries in the world.
