We have an exciting role available as an Accounts Receivable Administrator in Dublin City Centre within a small, tight knit professional organisation.
This role is in Dublin 2 and will be based on 5 mornings per week. This role is within a membership organisation with the collection of annual subs a focus of the role.
As well as this, the successful candidate will also undertake a variety of responsibilities including facilitating training and managing the organisation of small events.
Collection of outstanding monies in a timely manner
Following established collections procedures and maintaining positive relations with clients
Prepare, verify and carry out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities according to specific neds of the business.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliations and other Balance Sheet reconciliations
Month end journals including accruals and prepayments
Facilitate training events and carry out administration around these events
Administrative tasks associated with the organisation of member events
3rd level degree.
2-3 years’ experience in similar role within accounts receivable.
Knowledge of general accounting principles.
Good analytical and strong problem-solving skills
Organised with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a good corporate presence
Strong systems knowledge and IT proficiency
