We have an exciting role available as an Accounts Receivable Administrator in Dublin City Centre within a small, tight knit professional organisation.

This role is in Dublin 2 and will be based on 5 mornings per week. This role is within a membership organisation with the collection of annual subs a focus of the role.

As well as this, the successful candidate will also undertake a variety of responsibilities including facilitating training and managing the organisation of small events.

Main Duties

  • Collection of outstanding monies in a timely manner
  • Following established collections procedures and maintaining positive relations with clients
  • Prepare, verify and carry out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities according to specific neds of the business.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliations and other Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Month end journals including accruals and prepayments
  • Facilitate training events and carry out administration around these events
  • Administrative tasks associated with the organisation of member events
  • Essential Experience

  • 3rd level degree.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role within accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Good analytical and strong problem-solving skills
  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a good corporate presence
  • Strong systems knowledge and IT proficiency
