Salary €30,000- €36,000 plus Bonus.
Responsibilities of a Duty Manager include :
Managing the sales floor, cash office, and all back-office admin on a day-to-day basis
Conduct recruitment and training / development programs
Maximizing sales performance and driving results through the team.
Ensuring efficient stock and cost control
Achieving KPI’s such as Stockless, Health and Safety compliance and Mystery Shopper results
Essential Requirements :
Previous experience as a Duty / Deputy / Department Manager in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong numerical skills with previous experience analyzing commercial reports
Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office packages and a working knowledge of retail computerized management and control systems
