    We are now looking for a new recruiter to join the Sales Recruitment Team who work with our prestigious clients placing sales candidates, and have 3 times been recognised by the National Recruitment Federation as Best in Class


    So, to be considered, you will have a degree and over 3 years of commercial experience in sales, recruitment, or a business development role, with good experience across the entire sales cycle.

    You will have a passion for technology and the high tech industry and be keen to be immersed within it! . What's most important is someone who understands relationship management, can work at a fast pace and have the drive to perform and overachieve.

    You will work with great software systems and processes

    Work around the entire 360 recruitment lifecycle from new client acquisition to negotiation and closing of offers

    Business Development - with hundreds of accounts in RECRUITERs to reference and roles filled, you will work to expand our portfolio of clients who use us to fill technology roles.

    Work with Senior management, Client Services Director, Marketing Manager and an Internal Recruitment Manager to create and implement your business plan

    Work in a consultative approach with clients that have made us an award-winning agency and one of the best in Ireland - recognized as such by the National Recruitment Federation multiple times

    Candidate searching and selection

    Work on content and marketing programmes to drive awareness of our nationwide recruitment offering

    You will avail of a continuous L&D strategy focusing on continuous improvement and our advanced learning programme for senior team members
