Your ResponsibilitiesYou will support the current team based in Dublin and Belgium, providing a varied range of corporate tax services to our largely European businesses.
Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager based in Dublin, your role will focus on the following key activities : Preparation / review of quarterly and year-end tax reporting under US GAAPReview of corporate tax returns for our Irish and European affiliates prepared by outside service providers / local controller teamsProviding support on M&A projects, transactions and planning initiatives as requiredAssisting local controller teams and tax team colleagues with tax audits in Europe, including liaising with local external tax advisers as requiredIdentify, monitor and analyse impact of tax legislation changes across EuropeAssisting with transfer pricing compliance and projectsAssisting tax team colleagues to ensure compliance with EU Mandatory Disclosure requirementsIdentify, develop and implement process improvementsManagement of outside service providersYour ProfileA minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax in public accounting / practice and / or a publicly traded companyCTA qualified tax professional essentialAccountancy qualification preferred - ACA / ACCA / CIMAAbility to communicate and interact effectively with a range of individuals at all levels internally as well as externalEnjoys and thrives working with and in a cross-functional teamDemonstrable experience of a couple of European tax regimesFamiliarity with US GAAP tax accounting principles is a plusWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer- and celebrate our employees' differences, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or Veteran status.
