With over 10 years’ experience and over 400 high profile customers, our strategy is to remain a market leader in the traditional Gateway space while bringing our customers on a journey to our next generation hybrid multi-cloud solution Amplify'.
What will I be doing?
We are looking for an up-and-coming PO to join our experienced and successful Product and DevTeams based in Dublin. As Product Owner II you will lead the following activities :
They are then responsible for articulating and inspiring the Dev Teams to deliver that Roadmap and V ision .
ThePOwill then prioritize Backlog Artifacts (Stories, Tasks, Bugs) into ongoing S print s andpredict when various Roadmap items will be delivered.
This often means contacting Stakeholders directly, understanding their specific requirements and feeding this information to the Dev Teams through Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions to create a solution (the How’) that satisfies all stakeholders needs
This is done during a Sprint Exit Demos where developed features are shown to stakeholders and the goals for the upcoming Sprint(s) are discussed
The ideal application will be :
Having a conceptual understandingand / or experience in these areas is important. Previous development experience would be a distinct advantage.
They need to be able to tailor the description of problems and their solutions to these different audiences to ensure effective communication
